Genevieve Fox provides concept to completion development oversight of Ancorian investment and development projects. Gennie oversees the due diligence, design, budgeting, financing, construction, leasing & eventual disposition of each project. Prior to joining Ancorian she began her career with Amegy Bank as an associate in the firm’s prestigious officer development program. Upon completion of the program she spent two years in the REO department at Amegy handling loan workouts, lender dispositions and the development of marketing strategies to maximize recoveries on distressed assets. At substantial disposition of the firm’s REO portfolio Gennie transitioned into Amegy’s commercial lending department where she served as Vice President with responsibility for originating and managing a portfolio of loans for some of Houston’s largest commercial real estate firms.

Gennie gained hands on real estate experience at Spencer Howard Design as a Project Manager providing full design and construction management oversight of a variety of residential project types.
