Jonas Fertitta oversees the sourcing of new deals on behalf of Ancorian and its related subsidiaries and affiliates. Jonas maintains deep relationships in the brokerage community and with end-users to keep our firm constantly in tune with the rapidly changing market and submarket dynamics. Prior to joining Ancorian Jonas began his real estate career at Williamsburg Enterprises, a privately held family office, where he assisted in the due diligence, acquisition, leasing, and eventual disposition of retail real estate investments with an aggregate value in excess of $100 million.
